Don't Bass in My Face - Blogging Since 2003

Today, Jon came over and we came up with some second guitar parts, and some transitions for a song. We then tried to record it to have the "base" of the song.

Recording was exhausting. Every 5 minutes the mic would just start to create a staticky noise, or just stop working.

Marshall USB mics and Logic Pro 8 do NOT play nice together. I have to figure this stuff out and fix it. It's even more exhausting when you have no clue what you're doing.....and it's not like i'm going to read the user's manual for Logic Pro 8.

3 hours later....we finally recorded something. It's bare. But it's good (I hope!).

We have a lot more to add to this song. And we have another one pretty much done, but not recorded. Hopefully have 3-4 songs before school starts.

We also have no band name. It's bugging me.
